The Model BV C-Class 48″ x 48″ is engineered to meet and exceed the high demands of production thermoforming. Combining common sense operation with built to last construction, this equipment is suitable for any vacuum forming application. Including POP displays, Signs, Cement Precast molds, packaging and much more.
Belovacs proprietary modular Post and Beam design allows this equipment to be shipped partially disassembled to reduce the shipping space required by up to 35%. This allows for substantial savings on shipping costs.
This equipment comes fully equipped with a radiant variable heat output control oven, onboard high-volume high-vacuum
pump and surge tanks, pneumatically driven tool delivery and fully adjustable clamping frame.
It is suitable for any work environment , schools, prototyping, or full scale production vacuum forming. Our C Class series is the culmination of over 30 years of vacuum forming experience. Our thermoformers provide top quality performance for the budget minded.
