Designed for large-format vacuum forming applications like sign and bathtub manufacturing, these machines feature pneumatic clamping with 300 foot-pounds of pressure per linear foot and an onboard, fully adjustable PLC multi-zone control.
Equipped with a Siemens PLC touch screen heat control and a high-watt density upper heater bank, these machines provide precise heating for optimal material forming. They are recommended for plastics such as ABS, HIPS, KYDEX, ACR.
